The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, by Sri Swami Satchidananda. The most accessible, simplified text I have read on a a very deep, complex work. Inspiring. (All books by Satchidananda are great.

Autobiography of a Yogi, by Paramahansa Yogananda, a Hindu Saint and Mystic. Very inspiring book about Bhakti, or devotional yoga, and helpful for understanding how yoga and Hinduism relate to Christianity. The style is a bit slow, but it's well worth sticking with.
